Recently, battery-grade lithium carbonate reconstruction and battery-grade lithium fluoride expansion project of Jiangxi Dongpeng New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dongpeng New Materials") passed the environmental assessment.
Dongpeng New Materials is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinomine Resources Group Co., Ltd. (stock code "002738"). It is the world's largest enterprise specializing in production of cesium and rubidium products . It is also the leading manufacturer of battery-grade lithium fluoride in China, with a market share of more than 40%. It is the main supplier of battery-grade lithium fluoride for the Tesla automotive system in the United States.
After the construction of the project completed, the production capacity of lithium fluoride will increase from 3000t/a to 6000t/a. The Company will continue expanding its market share and maintaining the leading edge in battery lithium fluoride in China.
