To help new employees quickly integrate into the Company, clarify their role responsibilities, embrace the corporate culture, and chart a clear path for personal growth, Sinomine Resource Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") organized a series of onboarding training sessions and round-table discussions on 9–10 July 2026. Through systematic, immersive support, the program is designed to help new employees transform into productive members of the team and embark on a new professional journey of shared growth and development with the enterprise.

On the afternoon of 9 July, the Human Resources Department led a dedicated onboarding session covering two core modules: corporate culture and organizational structure. The session introduced new employees to the Company's development history, core values, strategic positioning and industry strengths, providing a clear overview of its full industry chain in mineral resources and its sense of corporate responsibility. Participants also received a briefing on the organizational structure, departmental functions and key collaboration processes, helping them clarify role expectations and integrate into their teams. The session was concise, practical and well received by attendees.

At 9:00 a.m. on 10 July, the Company convened a New Employee Orientation Assembly. Mr. Wang Pingwei, Chairman and President of Sinomine Resource, attended and delivered an address. Drawing on more than three decades of industry experience and the Company's global industrial footprint, Chairman Wang urged new employees to embrace the front line as the foundation of their professional growth. "The front line is where capability is forged," he said. "We expect every new colleague to set aside short-term impulses, put down roots in operational practice, and steadily build the professional depth and resilience that our industry demands."
Senior executives subsequently shared their own career experiences and industry insights, providing new employees with candid, practice-based guidance. Their remarks — drawn from years of hands-on work and from navigating complex challenges — offered a vivid illustration of the Company's belief in sustained capability building and steady, long-term growth.

Three new employee representatives also addressed the assembly, expressing gratitude for the Company's systematic onboarding support and outlining their personal development plans. They pledged to keep the leadership's guidance in mind, remain grounded in front-line practice, continue learning with humility, and contribute actively to the Company's high-quality development.

The two-day program served as both an introduction for new hires and a mobilizing call to action for the road ahead. As new colleagues settle into their roles, the Company will continue to invest in structured onboarding, mentorship and on-the-job development to support their long-term professional growth alongside the business.
