From May 13 to 15, the 18th China International Battery Fair (CIBF2026) was held in Shenzhen. Zeng Xiangyang, Vice President of Sinomine Resource Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sinomine”), led the Company’s delegation to the event, where Sinomine presented its core strengths, full product portfolio, and future strategic plans, while actively engaging with industry partners and exploring new opportunities for cooperation across the value chain.
As one of the world’s most influential events for the battery industry, CIBF2026 focused on the development of the green new energy sector and brought together more than 3,000 exhibitors and over 400,000 professional visitors from around the world. As a leading company in cesium and rubidium resources and a major producer of high-end lithium salts in China, Sinomine attracted strong attention throughout the exhibition.
At its booth, Sinomine provided a comprehensive overview of its development philosophy, transformation journey, and global business presence across its three core segments: lithium, cesium and rubidium, and copper. Supported by high-quality lithium resources from Bikita Mineral Pvt Ltd. in Zimbabwe and Tantalum Mining Corporation of Canada Limited in Canada, the Company has achieved full self-sufficiency in lithium resources and currently has an annual lithium salt production capacity of 71,000 tonnes.
Sinomine also showcased a broad range of lithium products, including battery-grade lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide, lithium fluoride, petalite, and spodumene. These products are widely used in key areas such as lithium battery cathode materials and electrolytes, and received strong recognition from industry participants.
During the exhibition, Sinomine held in-depth business discussions with several leading battery manufacturers and cathode material producers. The parties exchanged views on lithium salt supply, value chain collaboration, technology development, and market expansion, reaching a number of common understandings and laying a solid foundation for future mutually beneficial cooperation.
CIBF2026 provided Sinomine with an important platform to demonstrate its comprehensive capabilities and strengthen connections across the global industry chain.
