On May 15, 2026, representatives of Topsoe of Denmark (hereinafter referred to as “Topsoe”) visited the headquarters of Sinomine Resource Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sinomine”) for strategic cooperation discussions. This marked the first visit by representatives from Topsoe’s headquarters to Sinomine’s headquarters since the two companies began working together in 2016.

The Beginning: Trust Built Across Continents
In September 2016, Topsoe placed its first purchase order with Tantalum Mining Corporation of Canada Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sinomine. Over the past decade, despite major changes in global commodity markets, Topsoe has continued to regard Sinomine as an important supplier.
This trust, sustained through multiple market cycles, carries weight beyond any single contract. It also reflects Sinomine’s strong brand reputation and credibility in international markets.
Today: Welcoming a Long-Standing Partner with Strong Capabilities
During the visit, Sinomine’s International Trade Department presented a comprehensive overview of the Group’s development strategy, cesium and rubidium salt product portfolio, core strengths, and ESG practices. Particular emphasis was placed on Sinomine’s strategic position in global cesium resources and its supply chain network supported by dual processing bases in China and overseas.
Zeng Xiangyang, Vice President of Sinomine and General Manager of the International Trade Department, said that the Company is continuing to increase exploration investment, optimize its production capacity structure, and maintain strict product quality controls in order to provide global customers with stable, long-term supply.
Sinomine is currently one of the world’s largest suppliers of cesium and rubidium salts. As a principal contributor to China’s industry standards for cesium salts, the Company has built strong technical barriers through its extensive patent portfolio and comprehensive international certifications. These capabilities were highly recognized by the Topsoe delegation.
Deepening Cooperation: From Trusted Supplier to Strategic Partner
The two sides held in-depth discussions on long-term cooperation plans, customized product development, and supply security mechanisms amid changes in the international environment. Sinomine expressed its willingness to deepen strategic coordination through a long-term partnership model, while Topsoe reaffirmed its confidence in Sinomine’s overall supply capabilities.
Topsoe is currently accelerating its development of clean energy technologies, including green hydrogen and low-carbon fuels, increasing the strategic importance of related functional materials. Sinomine is fully prepared to support its partner’s transformation and growth through reliable production capacity, a comprehensive product portfolio, and high-standard services.
Topsoe’s visit served both as a review of the achievements made over the past decade and as a milestone marking the further development of the relationship from a supplier partnership toward deeper strategic cooperation.
