Sinomine Resource Holds 2026 Global Employee Annual Meeting

From January 27 to 29, 2026, Sinomine Resource Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sinomine Resource”) successfully held its 2026 Global Employee Annual Meeting under the theme “Welcoming Spring with Momentum, Advancing Together with Strength.”

More than 280 Chinese and international employee representatives from China, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Canada, the United Kingdom, Namibia, Norway, and other countries gathered in person, while over 1,500 employees participated via live broadcast, coming together to review achievements and build consensus for future development.

Prior to the official opening, employee representatives from domestic and overseas subsidiaries visited the Group’s headquarters. Through on-site tours of the corporate exhibition hall and key office areas, participants gained deeper insight into the Group’s development history, strategic layout, and corporate culture, further strengthening their sense of belonging and identity as members of the global Sinomine Resource team.

The annual meeting featured a wide range of activities, including team-building sessions, sports competitions, a year-end review and awards ceremony, a gala dinner, and a forum for employee representatives. During the opening ice-breaking team-building activities, Chinese and international employees quickly connected through a series of well-designed interactive games. Randomly grouped teams from different countries and cultural backgrounds built strong rapport through collaborative challenges such as group ball coordination and team rolling tasks, and jointly completed a themed puzzle titled “Harnessing Collective Strength, Setting Sail for Growth.” This symbolized the company’s continued development through unity and cooperation, and set an open and trust-based tone for subsequent events.

During the sports competitions, teams actively participated in tug-of-war, basketball, badminton, arm wrestling, billiards, table tennis, and card games. The events vividly demonstrated the spirit of teamwork, perseverance, and fair competition. Regardless of results, the atmosphere remained warm and encouraging, with enthusiastic congratulations for winners and sincere applause for all participants.

On the afternoon of January 28, the Group held its 2025 Annual Review and Recognition Conference, at which outstanding employees and teams from the past year were formally honored. Zhang Jinwei, Director and Vice President of the Group, and Jiang Yanlong, Chief Financial Officer, introduced the exemplary achievements of the project teams receiving the “President’s Special Contribution Award” as well as outstanding employees from various units. Group leaders then presented awards to the winning project team representatives and individual honorees. Outstanding employee representatives also addressed the conference, expressing their appreciation for the company and their confidence in future development.

In his concluding remarks, Wang Pingwei, Chairman and President of the Group, comprehensively reviewed the Group’s overall performance in 2025 and affirmed the achievements of all business units. Looking ahead to 2026 and beyond, Chairman Wang outlined key priorities, calling on all employees to seize the historic opportunity for high-quality development, maintain a forward-looking perspective, resolutely implement Board decisions, and deliver solid operating results in return for shareholder trust. Following the address, the general managers of eight major operating units joined Chairman Wang in lighting the “Tree of Hope”, symbolizing the launch of a new chapter in the Group’s collective journey.

That evening, a gala dinner was held in a vibrant and festive atmosphere. Chinese and international employees jointly presented a variety of cultural performances, all independently planned and produced by teams from different units. The programs incorporated diverse cultural elements, reflecting the teams’ dedication and creativity. The performances not only energized the evening but also vividly showcased the Group’s dynamic, inclusive, and culturally integrated corporate spirit. The lucky draw segment brought the evening to a climax, with laughter and applause highlighting the warmth and vitality of the Sinomine Resource family.

During the annual meeting, the Group also organized a dedicated forum for Chinese and international employee representatives. Participants from different countries and business segments engaged in open discussions on cross-cultural collaboration, project management optimization, and employee development support, sharing experiences and constructive suggestions. The forum provided a direct dialogue platform between management and frontline employees, further enhancing communication and mutual understanding, and underscoring the Group’s open, inclusive corporate culture.

This annual meeting served not only as a comprehensive review of the Group’s work in 2025, but also as a catalyst for deeper cross-cultural integration and exchange, further strengthening team cohesion and employees’ sense of belonging.
