The session featured Mr. Zhou, a leading AI expert from a major domestic technology company, who shared insights into industry trends and practical applications. Employees based in Beijing attended in person, while colleagues from subsidiaries joined online.

At 2:00 p.m., Group leaders and employees gathered at the main venue. During the two-hour session, Mr. Zhou began by explaining the concept of large language models. Using a wide range of practical examples, he introduced the core principles of AI models in a clear and accessible way. He then focused on two practical areas: how large language models can support daily work, and how they can help users quickly retrieve information and identify useful knowledge.

Mr. Zhou noted that understanding the underlying logic of large language models is essential to turning them into effective workplace tools. He demonstrated how precise prompting, knowledge distillation, and the combination of multiple methods can help AI models quickly identify key points, build analytical frameworks, and support information integration from a broader perspective.

He also emphasized that “the quality of feedback determines the efficiency of learning,” encouraging employees to build a rapid and iterative human–AI collaboration loop in their daily work.

Participants listened attentively throughout the session, with many taking detailed notes. During the interactive Q&A segment, employees from different roles held in-depth discussions with Mr. Zhou on practical topics, including common mistakes when using large language models for information feedback and ways to avoid information overload.

Lin Jihong, Human Resources Director of the Group, said that the session marked the first major event under the Company’s employee capability development program. As artificial intelligence continues to expand into production, management, operations, and innovation, the Company aims to bring in experienced practitioners to help employees overcome knowledge barriers and develop the ability to understand, apply, and make effective use of AI.

The initiative is expected to provide stronger talent support for the Group’s continued digital and intelligent transformation.
